Works nicely with things like Prodigal Pyomancers, etc awesome with Timberwatch Elf, that's the kind of thing I was thinking when I created it. There will be creatures in the set you will want to do this to.
I decided to 'nerf it' to make it an artifact version of Tendo Ice Bridge because there are a lot of ways to get charge counters onto artifacts nowadays.
This is the correct wording. If you wanted it to behave the other way, you'd say "Whenever ~ blocks one or more creatures", but that'd be confusing without an inherent way to block multiple creatures.
The untap trigger is a bit odd. Most decks won't have many creatures that can benefit from become untapped once they've already had to declare blockers during the opponent's turn.
Seems right to me. This is right on the border of how good a common equipment can be; in many sets this'd get bumped to uncommon. But the costs seem right. The original rule was that for an equipment that gives +X/+Y, it should cost X with equip Y or vice versa. (See Leonin Scimitar, Vulshok Morningstar, Vulshok Battlegear, Bone Saw, Shuko.) Then they realised that Vulshok Battlegear was a bit too strong and started printing things like Warlord's Axe and Greatsword.
The printed Equipment this is most comparable to is Manriki-Gusari.
Nice card. Sensible version of the 2-mana mana artifact. Seems a bit better than Sphere of the Suns, but that did seem nerfed a bit harder than one might expect.
I don't know if you've encountered the rule that a mana artifact for is equivalent to a nonbasic land with the same rules text. You can see that on things like Adarkar Wastes vs Talisman of Progress, Shimmering Grotto vs Prismatic Lens, etc. I mention it because if you converted Tendo Ice Bridge to a mana artifact following that rule, you'd end up with precisely this except that drawing colourless mana wouldn't recharge it. Accordingly, this may turn out to be rather strong.
Which isn't to say you should immediately nerf it. The flavour is good, and good mana stones are a good thing to have. Just letting you know that that rule of thumb suggests this may be on the strong side.
This way actually one of the options for one of the "core mechanics/themes" of the set templated as:
seeker - reveal the top card of your library if it is an XXXX card, put it in your hand; otherwise put it on the bottom of your library. (The type of card could vary based on colour/card type kinda like Landfall in Zendikar block does).
At common it would be an ETB effect on creatures and possibly be on a few instants/sorceries. Higher rarities would have reuseable effects and/or look at more than one card. Is meant to represent the people of Urthona searching for a way to either escape or prevent their sun dying.
Hopefully this is simple enough for a common. It is basically a huge battery that you can drain a little bit at a time. Very bad in a draft but great in the right constructed deck. Also synergises nicely with Solar Prism. At it's worst its another cost Artifact for Metalcraft.
Basic idea is that these convert solar energy into mana. Now that Urthona's sun is dying, they have lost some power and take much longer to reach a full charge. You can still use them every turn but not always to their full potential.

The casting cost could be decreased. Compare to Pride Guardian.

I may have to bump the CC of this to . I was looking for a Scry type effect and this is what I ended up with.
Name changed from Charged Prism
Not sure if this should read "Whenever ~ is assigned as a blocker" or how it is currently worded.
Not entirely certain on the CC & EC as yet, may be too generous.
