I may have to bump the CC of this to {1}. I was looking for a Scry type effect and this is what I ended up with.

This way actually one of the options for one of the "core mechanics/themes" of the set templated as:

seeker - reveal the top card of your library if it is an XXXX card, put it in your hand; otherwise put it on the bottom of your library. (The type of card could vary based on colour/card type kinda like Landfall in Zendikar block does).

At common it would be an ETB effect on creatures and possibly be on a few instants/sorceries. Higher rarities would have reuseable effects and/or look at more than one card. Is meant to represent the people of Urthona searching for a way to either escape or prevent their sun dying.
