Not sure if this should read "Whenever ~ is assigned as a blocker" or how it is currently worded.

This is the correct wording. If you wanted it to behave the other way, you'd say "Whenever ~ blocks one or more creatures", but that'd be confusing without an inherent way to block multiple creatures.

The untap trigger is a bit odd. Most decks won't have many creatures that can benefit from become untapped once they've already had to declare blockers during the opponent's turn.

The casting cost could be decreased. Compare to Pride Guardian.

Works nicely with things like Prodigal Pyomancers, etc awesome with Timberwatch Elf, that's the kind of thing I was thinking when I created it. There will be creatures in the set you will want to do this to.

As I said over on Debronian Skyguard, there'd better be a lot of creatures in the set like this. Otherwise this will just lead to bad experiences: people find their interesting card doesn't actually do anything except be a 0/3. You'd probably irritate people more than if it were just a 0/3 vanilla.

Yes, there will be a LOT of tap effects in the set, which is what inspired me to create this in the first place.
