I believe my intention was to put Parrying in WRb, as the "martial" colours. Remember that the setting wants all colours to be a bit less aggressive than normal.
I think I'm also leaning towards going back to Dwarves for the small red race; Goblins are too "unstable". Of course, that's just a psychological change, but I think it helps.
Yeah, seems fine price-wise. But red seems a rather odd fit for parrying - you think of red being aggressive, abandoning any ideas of blocking. I'd have said perhaps green would be the most likely colour after white. (Of course, my trolls in Clockwork Wings could have the same criticism...)
Yes, although obviously it only actually stops them if the Accumulate abilities cost mana and they don't have enough for all of them. Might not be worth the slight unexpectedness.
So that they can't effectively respond by removing them in the circumstance where they've got multiple accumulate cards with instant-speed activated abilities and just the right amount of counters on each one?
Nice combat trick. Flash is very rare in red, though, apart from in Time Spiral block - to the point where I might even say this is out of pie. But this is obviously pretty similar to Viashino Bladescout, so I won't kick up too much of a fuss.
Geographically, this is do-able with a single exclave. Beware - ASCII art.

You can also do it without an exclave - extend R down the RHS of U (as B does with G), and have a 4-way join of BRGU. That puts two of the 3-colour joins in the same place, though!
Actually, my setting page already mentions Goblins, and they do work quite well for creatures-who-can-be-aggressive-without-meaning-any-harm-and-would-go-after-an-ancient-artifact-of-power-because-ooh-shiny.

I think that's a fair cost.

Oh, yes, it is out of pie isn't it? Bother. I hadn't noticed that Bladescout was TSP. Hmm. Might leave it as is.

Deliberately non-targeted.

Update creature type

Change type
P/T help.
I have another small haste
Dwarf, I think - my mountains want to be tall and snowy, not flat and deserty.
Fix race
Hah! Not quite what I'm going for. My notes have a section for "plausible sentient races by colour", and I need to pick one.
The red section, incidentally, says "Cyclops, Dragon, Dwarf, Giant, Kobold, Minotaur, Ogre, Orc, Viashino". I'm leaning to Dwarf or Viashino.
I read that as "Creature - Space Warrior" :)
Had flavour with no implementation!
