Nice parity. Your opponent skipping an untap is very, very powerful, so making it impossible to be every turn (including the fact that this card is Legendary) and the fact that you can plan around it makes a scary card playable. Also, good call on the colors. I tried to make sure people had the ability to make a card for any color, and slotted this card in my head under "Black. Maybe White." But, there definitely is an icy blue undertone going on in there.
jmgariepy: Unfortunately the first ability pretty much neutralises the drawback of the second one. I think the first ability shouldn't be able to target herself, otherwise it's just 4 mana and tap to skip an untap.
Ah, you're right. I missed that she could target herself. In fact, that's a pretty broken first ability straight up.
Giving her Shroud so she can't target herself. Might still be too powerful though.
