You're mashing a triggered ability and a replacement effect together here, which doesn't really work. You're copying Panharmonicon, so copy the templating too: "If a permanent leaving the battlefield causes a triggered ability to trigger, that ability triggers an additional time."

I like that this reverses Panharmonicon not only by doubling effects from leaving, but also in the name: harmony vs. dissonance.

pretty cool, i agree :)

the wording matching up so nicely would make me kind-a sad these werent a mirror pair in kaladesh or revolt :P

This totally should've been a card, considering the revolt mechanic

It wouldn't help revolt at all as far as I now. Revolt abilities all cared about the condition whether a permanent left the battlefield this turn - they aren't triggered by permanents leaving the battlefield.

Oh yeah, revolt sucked. I forgot about that.

It would still be thematically appropriate, although I could see how it might be confusing

It is permanent VS artifact or creature but I don't know if that breaks anything. I am kinda annoyed at myself for just chucking "engine" on the end.

Want a combo piece? "Do-hicky Engine"

Eh, signalling is a useful thing sometimes.

As a combo piece, I don't know WHAT you do with this. "Just about anything" seems like a wide field to plunder :)
