Card advantage or not I'd rather play army of the damned than this. For one less mana I would get 13 2/2's guaranteed. Even at rare this card could easily do up to three six sided dice in a vacuum.
Here's an excerpt from a d20 site on the chances of rolling 18 lol
"Firstly, the average roll on 3d6 is 10.5, compared to 12.244 on 4d6 drop lowest. The “human average” +0 modifier in third edition D&D comes from this result. The odds of rolling an 18 are an unlikely 0.463%, or one in 216. The odds of rolling at least one 18 are 2.746%."
Agreed. This is far too expensive to have the chance of only manifesting one card.
Well, if you keep it around for a few turns; an you get to manifest the things - but it is shutting you down. So yes; overcosted and inefficient.
But a big damn epic epic. I love it. If I had one, I would play it.
I didn't even see that it has epic. A single non-italicized word in a huge block of reminder text gets lost very easily
Yeah; the reminder text is 70% of the card; which is a problem.
It's a shame. Since the card really wants to be a four-worder:
Epic. Manifest D6 cards.
