Very impressively green-feeling, and yet clearly Lich-like :)

(I assume the P/T are there in error, and this is an enchantment? I prefer it as an enchantment rather than a creature.)

Thanks for that. I think it's fairly fair. You could throw it out early with elves or mana accel, but in the late game it can certainly come in handy.
