Not a perfect translation since it gives the player the option on each creature. The bounce is Charibdys, since whirlpools tend to be associated with bounce in Magic. The damage is Scylla. Damaging the creature was kind of pointless as an option compared to bounce, so I had the damage go to the player instead.

Interesting, feels like a resonant flavor card. My only hangup was the title when reading the card as 'between' registered as a syntax word to me, not the title. I would either change "between" to "twixt" or reorder the effects.

For each creature target player controls, Between Scylla and Charybdis deal 3 damage to that creature unless they return it to their hand.
