IMO lacks a certain white-ness.
The creature count aspect felt white, so a red effect off of what I felt is a white condition.
Thing is, the condition feels white, but not "not red" enough.
Red gets stuff like Burn at the Stake, Soulsurge Elemental and Massive Raid/Mob Justice because it has a tendency to get Dragon Fodder/Devils' Playground.
There is a reason battalion made it as the Boros mechanic.
Due to this, caring about creature count doesn't serve to shift this in feel from "monocolored red" to "red-white" the same way it would do on e. g. a white-blue card.
Dealing damage also shouldn't be mandatory IMO since you might in some scenarios have to deal damage to your own creatures.
I would suggest going with (wording tips from Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle)
