Seems legit. Possibly an interesting safety valve if you fear your multicolour getting out of hand - but without support it's only a 3/2 which isn't gonna cause problems. Solid though; and unusually power>toughness for a white semi-bear.
Maybe the second ability could be ETB +1/+1 counter instead of more complicatedly checking all the time?
Alternatively: If it was a 2/2 that gets +1/+0 as a static effect constantly checking would be less problematic since the toughness remains unchanged (and there can hence be no lethal damage hiccups).
Maybe it's just me, but I am surprised this goes so deep into the multicolor theme.
@SecretInfiltrator @Vitenka solid ideas, thanks for the comments. Also, I planned for one "multicolor matters" card in each color. Perhaps this set doesn't run as deeply multicolor as Alara but I still wanted the wedges to be important.
2/1 -> 2/2, +1/+1 -> +1/+0
This is the opposite of "Multicolour matters" though - it's "If multicolour matters too much, then whoops, maybe this card will stop it". It mainly cares about opponents multicolour and preventing it.
Though, yes, it gets the 'get very slightly bigger' effect if you're doing multicolour yourself.
