Original concept was whenever a player loses the game ~ gains the landtype of you choice. I thought was pretty weak and would often be worse than a basic land.

If players are dying left and right, who cares about mana fixing? With this kind of a trigger, the payoff should be huge. Ie. Blood Tyrant / Withengar Unbound.

­{0} mana activation? Isn't that an instant win and a possible lawsuit heading your way? 'Death by a thousand cuts' is very torturous... though I would imagine that the card would become unusable before that point...
