It's like a fusion of Master of Etherium and Sliver Overlord.
Good idea. That's exactly what you'd want for a Myr deck.
Pleasing. Except that the name doesn't sound like a specific legendary creature.
Personally, I'd shy away from deck searching abilities when designing Legends for Commander, since it cuts away so much time out of the game. That being said, the tutor effect requires dedication, and I like the card otherwise.
Personally, I love Commanders that search the deck, but I do agree that it takes time.
3 of my first 4 EDH decks were built around tutor legends: Sliver Overlord, Isperia the Inscrutable, and Zur the Enchanter :) So I guess I at least used to like that style. These days I prefer the unpredictability over the consistency, but it's good to support both kinds of player.
Ah, Zur and his broken goodness... Gotta love him.
Except you can't use any of the mana Myr as this guy only has colourless in his Colour Identity.Maybe make the search ability cost

so that you can run them - though there are enough other Myr running around nowadays that you probably don't need them.
I think I'd expect a Myr commander to require a colourless EDH deck rather than enabling a 5-colour EDH deck.
I agree with Alex on the color requirements.
Hm. Maybe the EDH rule should have been to allow mana symbols matching those in the commander's text box, but only in text boxes, not in mana costs. Then something like this would let you play mana myr, and use legacy weapon if you could, but not make it automatically a five-color deck...
I like it a lot but I think costing 1 makes it a bit too good.
