Challenge # 007. I like how this card is relevant in both Constructed and Commander in two completely different ways. In Constructed, you would have 4 in your deck, and you'd probably play a blue/black deck to take advantage of bounce. In Commander, you can't use blue bounce anymore, but you can use a sacrifice outlet, and with Raise Dead type effects or with {6} {b} {b} {b} , knock a player's hand out of contention. Originally this was a blue card that drew cards instead of discard/lose life, but I changed it over to black because:

I wanted it to be the color that supports sacrifice in Commander

I wanted to see a mono-color commander hit the file, and

It was probably too powerful in the late game with too many bounce effects going off. I could see people drawing a ton of cards, including an Unsummon, Unsommoning Iyves, playing him and drawing a ton more cards, including Unsummon... The discard is deadly, but kind of caps out.
