This feels weird. In one way, it's pay 3 for a 2 discount. Which is suboptimal.
But in another it's splice a 3/1 body onto a spell, for

That second way is a lot better! But the first way is how the ability currently reads.
Why not "the next instant or sorcery spell you cast costs
less to cast"? Why revealing the card? Is it bad that I want this to work with flashback?
Or at least "name an instant or sorcery card. Spells with that name"...
"that spell" or "spells with that name"? Do you want this to affect only one casting or multiple?
