Why limnit it to ones you don't control? Letting you take-back a spell you are casting is pretty niche; but it recolours the mana and might sometimes be useful.
Another guy pointed out that deconstructing a cost reduced spell, such as DTT or new Emrakul, that you're casting could be a potential problem. It's a strong combo that acts as a "ritual."
