I actually really like this. Good design imo.

I like this card a lot. It would make a mill strategy more relevant during the game. I'm pretty sure there's a similar card in Gatecrash.

Huh "{b}, Sorcery, destroy target creature, it cannot be regenerated or invulnerablated." Wotc just aint consistent with the power of remocal, are they? (Anyhow, that's "creature cards" this is "all cards" so a one mana upcost seems very appropriate)

Mourner's Pall is a better name than Death's Approach in my opinion. That being said, it would make more sense (have better flavor) if it was creatures in the graveyard, what with the grief and funeral and all...

V: Removal is most relevant in the early turns of the game, when both these cards do nothing.
