For Challenge # 002.
The rest of this cycle seem pleasingly balanced. But this one seems overpowered in both its modes. Green shouldn't get a 3/3 for 2 mana, and just in creature mode this is better than that. And cycled, this is like an Aura for
saying "Enchanted creature gets +2/+2. When ~ ETBs, draw a card." Ritual of Steel / Krovikan Fetish / Scavenged Weaponry say that for a three-mana cantrip, you get 2 points divided between boosting power and toughness, not 4.
The creature was meant to say "another target creature." Oops. But you're right, the cycling ability is too good.
You can always use "When Loam Wanderer enters the battlefield or you cycle it,...". Especially because using "another" doesn't make any difference.
