Nice themed planeswalker designs. The ultimate is begging to "go off" and draw your whole deck the turn you activate it... but it'll take a bit of work, thus making it a suitable ultimate design :)
Unfortunately not very good to play on turn 4; ie the +2 will only net you one mana. Absolutely amazing the next turn though, potentially a free Black Lotus or some kind of Rush of Knowledge greatness. Also seems like it should be red-blue, the "spell" colors. Love the ultimate.
Though "spell" certainly appears quite a bit, I felt it fit G/U better due to the combination of Ramp, Card Draw, and "Recycling". The middle ability was Glimpse of Nature at one point to better sell that position, but the importance of general spell-casting in the set pushed me to change it to a general refill effect.
And yes, this is a very dangerous combo-enabler, which is why it has no defensive function and almost no value the turn it's cast. It's a lot of fun to play with though.
Outside the combo enabling, I like the idea of sneaking as many sinkable activation costs with this card as I possibly can. Even if I'm not trying to "Glimpse of Nature, Goodnight." my opponent, I think it would be fun to match this card with things like Crystal Ball and Simic Guildmage.
