reduced cost from 4 to 3

Oh, it can only fight fossils? And it's dual-colour? Will anyone actually run this card?

Well, it's a fossil instant, so there wouldn't be non fossil creatures around when the spell is cast.

But it needs you to be playing fossil creatures (which is under your control) and the opponent to also be (which is not). So it's a sideboard card for "My opponent is running more/better fossil creatures than me, but I'm running some." and is hard to cast on top of that.

Added that the creature that gets -2/-0 now also loses all abilities. Alternatively, I could drop that addition and reduce the cost to just GU.

So if a fossil instant already can only interact with fossil creatures, why the redundant wording?
