That's quite an upgrade on Mindstab Thrull.
Definitely get rid of the evasion ability.
You guys are silly. Intimidate isn't a great evasion ability in a set with significant multicolored and artifact creatures. The current skeleton has 43 creatures that can block this, including 19 at common, with 8 of those playable by any deck.
And while drawing two cards is significantly better than having the defending player discard a third card, on the whole this is roughly on par with Dauthi Mindripper, the nearest equivalent in terms of rarity.
Mindculling was a decent card, but extremely clunky. Syphon Mind was basically unplayable. This is good, but by making it a combat trigger, it doesn't strictly outclass either of the aforementioned cards, as you're not only telegraphing the effect, but there are far more outs to a 2/2 creature than there are to instants or sorceries.
Complete makeover after designing Hymnal Horror!
Hopefully this is an interesting black twist on Aura Gnarlid and the like.
Right now, I'm looking at this and can't decide if this is just horribly complicated or way too subtle.
The idea is that the first ability means Deathtouch, except it also happens to mean "unblockable on certain boardstates".
