Needs a positive toughness in order to stay alive for any amount of time, and the cost probably wants to be "reveal a creature card", or at least a permanent card, so you don't have an instant on the battlefield.
That said, if you allow the card to work at all, turn 1 this and turn 2 have it become a copy of something nasty like Phage or Blightsteel Colossus? Forget Grandeur, that's just ridiculous.
If it becomes a copy, it has all associated characteristics of that card, or so I thought.
It doesn't become a copy of anything if it's a 0/0, since it dies to state-based actions as soon as it arrives on the battlefield, before you can even attempt to activate the ability.
Hypothetically, I think you can activate the ability on the stack so it can live the turn you cast it at least
so if it becomes a copy, it gains the copied creature's colour and casting cost?

Actually, whenever a permanent changes zones, it returns to the printed version of that card. That's why flickering resets a permanent, or why a White Knight that's been Sleight of Minded to say "Protection from Blue" doesn't continue to say that when it enters the graveyard. A Clone in the graveyard is a 0/0. It doesn't matter what it used to be. So I presume that when you cast Another, it will hit the battlefield as a 0/0 despite whatever it was when it was in your hand.

Who was that guy?
It'll also die at the end of each turn, right now.
It's a nice idea for a shapeshift variant; the wording needs a bit of malletting until it works though.
Why not just make it a 0/1?
If you want it to only live til EOT as the copy, you'll probably have to bake the 2 into the cost, and go with "As an additional cost to casting ~, reveal a creature card from your hand. ~ ETBs as a copy of the revealed creature except it gains 'At the beginning of the next end step, sacrifice this.'"
Although the only format I can think of that really needs help enabling Grandeur is Commander, so even with Devoid this can only be run in decks with blue. Just make it 3-cost colorless Creature - Shapeshifter?
