Whoa. That's one useful card. It's not quite Counterspell, but Negate plus Unsummon is a lot of utility. Reminds me of Spite // Malice.
The development of the modal spells is certainly something I have to keep an eye on in playtesting. I feel somewhat comfortable at UU if I compare it to Soul Manipulation and assume Negate < Remove Soul and Unsummon < Raise Dead, plus there's no option for both.
