That ultimate is brutal. I get that the first two abilities are supposed to be synergy; but won't you mostly use it on your own lands to get a second white?
I think both options are viable.
I like the [+1] and the [0]. (Though it does somewhat tread on Gideon's toes to have the third self-animating planeswalker also be mono-white). Indeed, there's very little reason to use the [+1] on opponents' lands more than once.
It might want to say "up to one target land" so that you don't need to keep piling up pointless counters after the first few.
That ultimate looks a bit too strong, considering this comes down on turn 2. The first bit is just Dolmen Gate and mass vigilance is pretty cheap (Brave the Sands), but mass lifelink is exceedingly strong, and I don't think it's been done for cheaper than 4 mana before.
It's very sensible that this doesn't have any way to protect itself, so it might be OK, but I suspect either the lifelink needs to go, or the ultimate cost needs to go higher than -6.
That's fair. I mostly just wanted to make a joke about a plainswalking planeswalker. The rest I just cobbled together.
AKA Gideon, Plainswalker
The first and last abilities aren't really Gideon-esque, but admittedly he's known for stepping onto the battlefield.
