Current wording allows you to find just 1 card and exile 0, making it a BB Demonic Tutor. You want a wording like that on Signal the Clans so there is no benefit if they fail to find.

This doesn't feel like an ultimatum, though. In Magic, that tends to be associated with the MMNNNOO cycle from Alara.

Actually; that's a really good use for it. Fixes your manabase and trims your deck for later. Maybe non-land only?
