I don't understand. Is it a creature in the graveyard? Is it only to trigger ETB/LTB effects?

How many pages of rules will have to be written regarding Sorcery Creatures and Instant Creatures?

Well, I did forget a word, but this alone would have no bearing on ETB or death effects.
