ooh, I like that second ability. Like inverse totem. Keyword worthy, that is.
There is actually on MTG Salvation a custom set that uses this (second) ability as a keyword. I think there the creature might have gone to the graveyard for a moment (ie. undying - trigger not replacement) but the concept was the same. I think the particular one I remember was made before Theros came though there might have been many.
