For Challenge # 160. Still working with at return to Otaria theme, but not so much with the cheating.

Otaria also includes Odyssey. A lot of people have a lot of criticism for that set. One of them is how Threshold was handled. In a normal game without getting tricksy, it would go off somewhere in the mid to late game and sometimes 'turn on' half the board. Far too swingy.

It wouldn't seem right to return to Otaria without including using the graveyard as a resource, so I went with a Threshold mechanic that operates a little more like Wild Nactl does. Getting a Zombie or a Goblin in your graveyard shouldn't be difficult. But it's unlikely to happen by turn two. There's variance, but if you're playing a tribal deck, this shouldn't take long.
