Urk, so you have one counter type and it's meaning could be diferent on every land?

Same memory problems as Phantasmal Terrain iow. And... pretty cheap for that effect; though nowadays it only gets the mana-base ruination effect; not the landwalk effect. Because, well, what landwalkers?

It only helps mana, not hurts. It's worded in such a way that it won't replace the land's current abilities.

Admittedly, this problem would be solved by having the land tap for any mana color. But Quirion Elves can be fun too.
