I can't remember the logic for the rarity (though I've almost no experience at judging rarities to start with). Most likely I either tweaked the rarity to balance rarities or finish a hybrid cycle, or didn't think green should have less rare pure card drawing, but it could easily be something else.
I like the blend of Concentrate / Harmonize. But curious rarity.
