See Echoes of the Trumpet.
I feel like this one is the most powerful out of all the cycle. I'm more inclined to run this over Mulch in most decks even without the repeat clause.
I like the idea of the cycle, too. Good stuff.
Well yes; it's strictly better than mulch in two ways. Making it, you know, playable mana accel and therefore better than wizards print nowadays. (I guess worse in one; if you reveal 4 lands you are probably gonna be stuffed)
So yeah; this is desirable because it's really freakin good.
I feel triggering off playing a land is pretty confusing, especially given how difficult that concept already is (playing for your lands for turn vs putting a land onto the battlefield). Maybe it would be clearer if it was "when you play a land from your hand"?
Maybe. This was the one that I doubted most. I wanted it to search and to trigger off of searching, but that's a lot of words.
How about triggering off a second land entering the battlefield in a turn?
Jack's suggestion made sense.
