Huh, cheap equip but cannot unequip. Not seen that mechanic before. I likes it.

There have been a couple of equipments that you can't safely unequip: Grafted Exoskeleton and Grafted Wargear. But yes, this is pretty interesting. Suffers a little from being "another {r/w} artifacts commander", but most of the specifically Equipment-focused commanders have been mono-W (the other one being mono-R), so this is still enabling a new kind of EDH deck.

I feel like all the RW Commanders are either artifacts or combat focused. I get that those are RW's main overlap, but I wish we'd get something a little different.

Haha. I realize this card is contrary to my sentiments. Most of the time when I'm designing a single card, I assign it rules text before anything else, including color.
