Who is "that player? " you mean its controller? Or that permanent? Or target player?

I think in context it's clear for controller of that creature. Definitely something it would be nice to have a standardised way of shortening.

Anyway. I like imperators. So I like this. It's really REALLY harsh to play against (in its second mode); and way cheap, though.
