Hee. I like that this works if you cast it as the free spell off the final Kari Zev's Expertise... ...Except hang on, it doesn't, does it? When a spell is resolving, you finish resolving it before you start resolving something else. So Rishkar's Expertise lets you put Baral's Expertise on the stack, but then Rishkar's Expertise finishes resolving and leaves the stack before Baral's Expertise starts resolving. So... This would need a lot of mana and a Vedalken Orrery.

Perhaps "At end of turn, if you cast four different etc during the same phase, you win the game"?

oh yeah you have to let the expertise spells resolve to get the free spells.

When four different spells with Expertise in their name is on the stack under your control, you win the game.

Also silver-border-only I think? The only thing you're allowed to do with names in black-border is a full-name match; due to translations.

Which is a shame. This also sorta implicitly says "If you have more mana than sense..." in which case, well, you coulda won in easier ways.

Oh, and you should probably not be able to drop this and then take advantage that same turn. That's a bit of a no-no for alt-win conditions.

V: So the idea is you can do this as soon as you hit 6 mana. Rishkar's Expertise, which then lets you cast Baral's Expertise for free, which then gives you either Sram's Expertise for free or Yahenni's Expertise for free, which then give you Kari Zev's Expertise for free, which then casts this. Hard to line them all up, of course, which is the whole point of this card; though Rishkar's Expertise does draw you several cards to help.

Alternatively, you can use both Sram's Expertise and Yahenni's Expertise, but at that point you need at least 9 mana.

Interesting point about not getting to do it instantly. Biovisionary is the only recent alt-win card that can moderately easily do it all the same turn, and that's naturally expecting you to gradually accumulate them. The most blatant violation of that principle is Laboratory Maniac, which actually is quite annoying.

So yes, it might make sense to structure this to trigger next upkeep? Something like...

> Whenever a spell you control with Expertise in its name resolves, exile it.
> At the beginning of your upkeep, if four or more cards with different names are exiled with ~, you win the game.
