Maybe too close to prowess, although good they go together well. Tried a different, more direct, way of focussing on "attack under cover of a storm".

I considered slightly more fiddly implementations, eg. that you can cast after blockers to make it effectively unblocked, so there's some bluff potential, but couldn't find a way to make it work. (Any suggestions? I think it might be more interesting if you didn't always need to blow your spells in advance.)
