Brainwash 3 (Put the top three cards of target opponent's library into their graveyard. You may cast any creature cards from among them this turn, spending mana as if it were mana of any colour to do so.)
I wanted something that captured the coerced conversion aspect of Zhir, but ended up with a blue mechanic for a more white flavour.
I tried several names until I found one that could semi-justify milling the cards, in order to make the templating easier (as compared to putting the unused cards back, or on the bottom).
It sounds subversive to get the cards from your opponent, and is somewhat complicated because you don't know quite what you're getting and it might be strong. But having to pay the mana cost makes this more-or-less a weaker version of "draw a card" which hopefully helps balance it?
