Yow. I know I hate Cancel and want Counterspell back; but forever-more getting to draw a card, at instant speed, for 4? That's a lot of value for the added {1}. Azure Mage costs it at {1}{u} and sticks it on a vulnerable wizard stick. Practically everything else limits it to needing to tap or sac something.

I think it still looks really strong, but might be playable at that cost anyway. Compare to Confirm Suspicions.

The flip side is just Treasure Trove, which is fine but unassuming. Getting a Treasure Trove for the cost of just {1} on your Cancel sounds pretty sweet, though, so I like this. I wonder if it might be more likely to be printed at rare than at uncommon.
