I want us consider removing the token part. I like the rest of the card but this is something I don't like about the token copy ability and the clone ability next to each other. I guess it is because if you want them to both be copies they have to both copy the same thing and there is no way for them to both just be 5/5.

A blinkable double-clone seems suitably mythic even without the card draw, yes. Heck, even Clever Impersonator was mythic.

It would, but then it can't be flickered to keep creating new copies.

It aint simple - but it's a mythic. It doesn't have to be. It would be clearer on first reading if it was 0/0 so it's obviously a clone itself - but that does lose something (very very occasionally) and, again, mythic, so nwo complexity rules can go hang.
