There's not a great deal of unconditional token generation; so this is more a white-style permission denial.
Nice idea though.
Nice with your cards that create tokens for the opponent though. Pongify and Forbidden Orchard would be really good with this active :)
Sylvan Offering gets just mean. The Hunted Horror cycle are pretty beefy. Fun.
What is that creature type?!
Clearly, it's a merfolk-ooze-o-mancer.
Haha Alex it's my attempt at a silly Simic type line.
Vitenka, it is much like White's law-setting, but it's also actively "stealing" your opponents' tokens, which is firmly not white.
I think if the latter meaning is your intention, then it would look better (and be more useful sometimes, and also less frustrating for an army deck to play against) with an activation cost. E.g.
: Take control of target token creature.
I will note that this way (without the activation cost) would be rather handy for the Magic Turing Machine, which otherwise has to use Gather Specimens.
Not that that is a sensible reason for doing anything, really :)
Vitenka, as Alex said, this is straight up a variant on Gather Specimens.
That, again, is theft - because it's instant, you do it in response. And also steals proper creatures, which is why it costs so much :)
This feels like denial rather than theft. Which is fine; but different in an important way. If you want it to feel more like Gather Specimens I think the activation does that. The in-play difference is minor; but the feeling is more similar.
GU--> WU to make Vitenka happy. Reflavored from Simic
