Possible alternative to Nomadic Explorer.
Uses Discovery, represents the land control theme in a more permanent way.

It reads contrived. Seems like a possible rare Spirit Away style.
I'm seeing it more as a spiced up Conquer. I can sort of see the argument that it's pushed as an uncommon, but I feel like Conquer is already kind of an unpopular, weak way to do what blue can do for 4 CMC.
