I feel like this could have different modes, the current ones feel slightly lacking to me. I'd prefer this to have Unearth instead of its fist effect, we already have a similar effect at common. The second option just feels tacked on. I don't know about the whole cycle to be honest. We have 3 cycles at uncommon already and I don't know if we want anymore, the cycles restrict design space so having too many just isn't good.

I didn't know that there are already 3 uncommon cycles. It just seemed to me that Solar Flare is ripe for a cycle, and that a touch of modal spells enhances the "imagination" theme.
