2/2 or 3/1?

The 3/1 body is super vulnerable to preexisting tokens, so that's a bit of a fail.

Flash? First strike?

As a concept though, I do like it since this is the first time in a while where white isn't actually the token color

Actually the 1 toughness being weak vs tokens is exactly the idea as if means it rewards itself as long as you get it down before enemy tokens get created.

I don't like it. It seems a lot like "Creatures get -1/-1". The name seems black. The flavor seems off.
