Corrected wording for sorcery speed limitation- source ( http://gatherer.wizards.com/Pages/Search/Default.aspx?action=advanced&text=+[this]+[ability]+[only]+[sorcery]+[activate] ) , 'Your creatures gain deathtouch'->'Creatures you control have deathtouch', 'When a creature dies..'->'Whenever a creature dies..'
'discard'->
*'discard'->'Discard' Should be capitalized
Only gives deathtouch during your turn
Changed to make room for a possible cycle
Redesigned so we had a DFC which was an enchantment on the front side. Changed from giving deathtouch to putting +1/+1 counters on creatures when another creature dies.
Looking at this one again, I'm not sure how I feel about black taking on the +1/+1 counters theme. That's supposed to be for white and green.
green-white having a theme doesn't mean you cannot have it appear in other colors occassionally - otherwise there would be no DFCs in three of the colors.
I feel this is fine, especially as its the only card in black that touches on that. Black does have a minor get a +1/+1 counter when a creature dies/is sacrificed.
3/3 for 3 is a sizable body. Is it the kind of thing you want to give up to get an enchantment? Sorcery speed means this is not used to gain value - actually you invest two cards into getting the enchantment.
It's a pretty good enchantment, but

and two cards is a bit steep for it.
So yes, I guess I'd suggest making the basic body smaller and cheaper, to compensate; and have less of a bad-feel when you trade it in.
