Alternate common for Consulate Spy which has been underperforming. Also we want more prowess.

Looks good. Was about to say this makes Suppressing Agent look bad, but that now is flat drawing a card.

I wouldn't mind moving about the stats of suppressing agent anyway. Maybe move to 4cmc and pump its body?
