Boros with anti-Green hoser.

I'm just not feeling your proposed enemy color pie. Red can hate on lands, sure; but, having a rw color combination the lifegain feels tacked so that the card can be white.

So you think Shattered Angel and Sunspring Expedition aren't real?

Those are pretty poor examples amuseum. Sunspring Expedition doesn't hate on lands, and mostly uses the set's major mechanic to do what it was white already liked to do: gain life. Shattered Angel is from New Phyrexia. And one of the themes of New Phyrexia was to stretch griefing into all five colors. Whether white would normally have that ability is arguable.

That said, I don't see a problem with the card in theory. Deal damage, gain life, odd punishment... that's okay. I probably would have cost it closer to {r}{r}{w} though.
