Shuffle all non-land permanents target player controls into a face-down pile, then toss them into the air over the table. Their controller sacrifices each permanent that didn’t land flat on a surface, taps all permanents that landed face-up, and all permanents that landed face-down are left face-down (They are colorless 2/2 creatures)

Oh, nice. I like the way the tossing is naturally connected to the game.
Although I worry about the "not flat" bit, I'd assumed the table would be cleared for this sort of thing, if not, are you allowed to scatter dice across it or something?
