For Challenge # 151. Cirrus clouds are long whispy clouds, unlikely to rain. Cumulonimbus cloud are tall cylander like clouds that are by default raining/snowing/hailing.

This feels like it was inspired by Molten Sentry, which was apparently hated (by Timmies for being a boring coin flip card, and by Spikes for being a playable one).

Ah, but this card requires skill. If you can get the side you want 75% of the time, it goes right back into the Timmy/Spike camp.
