Kalejaye, Soul Surgeon was part of a legendary cycle I had in Okundwa. Each legend's abilities interacted with or involved -1/-1 counters in some way as they were a prominent feature of the set and worked to show that legends were witch doctors. Unfortunately that would limit the appeal of using legends from the cycle as commander choices. I am now attempting to make create a cycle designed foremost as commanders and not concerned with Okundwa's mechanics.
