I'm unsure about working on the second part. I don't think the ability should trigger at each opponent's endstep in a multi-player game, but I also didn't like he idea of targeting a specific opponent. Choosing a target opponent when this card enters the battlefield seemed the cleanest path at first. That was at least until I realized you could choose an opponent and kill them quickly so you'd be drawing 3 at your endstep without ever having to see the downside.
