Have we considered changing the "control three or more creatures" law to "cast a creature spell"? It will still trigger several times a game if this creature can stick around and the opponent has more control about which turns it will trigger and which turns it wont.

Can you be more specific about what you mean by "horrible to play against"? I would much rather decide "This creature is worth triggering those laws for" than "This creature is worth triggering those laws and whatever laws he plays in the future every turn until the board gets cleared up" I think that I can bring a limited game to a conclusion if my opponent is drawing creatures and not playing them.
